The Job in a Nutshell

We are seekinga dynamic presale specialist to join our innovative team and be partof our business growth, showcase your technical expertise and be partof a successful story.

You will be in charge of providingtechnical expertise and supporting the sales team in the pre-salephase. Being close to our customers to understand their needs &technical requirements, design, customize and present the solutionsthat meet their needs.

What Will You Do

• Pre-Sales work including analysis of Customer needsduring the pre-sales process.
• Create and deliver engagingproduct demonstrations addressing the client’s needs.
• Support the remote teams for onboarding of clients.
• Acting as the lead point of contact to clients during the go-livephase.
• Daily activities include gathering customer queries &resolving them by evaluating & analyzing.
• Escalate priorityissues as per client specifications to relevant teams.
• Focuson successful planning, product implementation, maintenance and followup.

What Are We Looking For

• Holder of Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking, ComputerInformation System, Computer Science
• 2-3 years of experiencein a customer facing role with a background in tech.
• Knowledge in Cloud POS / ERP systems is mandatory
• Shouldhave excellent communication skills (English is Must - Arabic )
• Prior experience in handling customers of F&B industry
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Ability & desire to work in afast paced, fun & demanding environment
• Must have his owncar - to be used for business requirements such as installation, sitevisits, training requests, etc.
• Willing to travel from timeto time within or outside Saudi Arabia.
• Self-starter withability to work independently across functional groups and on multipleinitiatives simultaneously.
