Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical) Nationality Any Nationality Male Vacancy Job Description Monitor Quality Control Functions Implement Quality Management System Manage Site Inspection and testing activities, Co-ordination with third party , client , project management team Maintain system manuals, international & national standards, client specs, Technical data sheets & handbooks, product-range & component catalogs, copy of ITP and all relevant documents related to inspections. Responsible for all Mechanical including Fire alarm, Firefighting system, Plumbing, Coating and galvanizing, Pump installation and sewage treatment works Monitor Mechanical activities to ensure compliance with standard and quality requirements Perform root cause analysis on telecommunication activities Conduct the inspection of the mechanical activities starts from raw materials till final Testing and commissioning Monitor and inspect going inspection and testing activities through concern project quality /construction representative Ensure that the PQP and defined Quality requirements including ITP , Check list , MOS , PTS and applicable standard and code are being followed at projects Coordinate with concern representative such as Construction Manager , Project Manager , supplier /Vender / Third Party and TQM Manager for implementation and Improvement of Quality Provide Technical assistance to Construction team for improvement of Project Quality & Progress Prepare and Review the Project Quality documents till completion of project with Project dossier. Ensuring appropriate KPIs are in place and maintained to Quality Cost , NCRs , Pro actives , Lesson Learn highlighting variances and trends in various performance indicates of project Understand engineering procedures/interfaces for all disciplines across the project and reflect in Quality Controls deliverables Ensure that the PQP and defined Quality requirements and ITP, Check list, MOS , PTS and applicable standard and code are being followed at projects Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications: Bsc of Mechanical or equivalent Engineering.
