You must first log in before applying to jobs.Extract accurate quantities of materials and components for construction projects using and not limited to Plan Swift and AutoCAD software.Conduct detailed quantity take-offs using industry-standard software, ensuring precision and reliability in measurements.Administration of Contract procedures, knowledge of FIDIC is required.Evaluation of Variations and Claims submitted by Contractors.Develop comprehensive reports and documentation detailing material quantities, cost estimates, and bill of quantities.Collaborate with project managers to analyze project requirements, budgets, and timelines, providing insights to support decision-making.Implement efficient reporting systems to track project progress, expenditures, and variances against budgeted costs.Monitor and analyze cost data throughout the project lifecycle, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization.Prepare timely and accurate reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, cost forecasts, and potential risks.Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in all quantity surveying activities.Provide support during procurement processes, including tender evaluation and contract administration.Understanding construction execution activities is a must.Skill in assessing and managing the impact of changes on manpower requirements, negotiating adjustments as needed.Fluency in English is required and Arabic would be preferredQualifications:Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in surveying, Building/Construction or Civil.A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in the Middle East is essential, with a preference for experience within a PM/Consultancy Firm, handling Construction projects.Proficiency in English communication (verbal/written) is a must and knowledge of Arabic language would be considered as an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Plan swift is a prerequisite.Knowledge of BIM is considered as an advantage.Knowledge and experience in other QS software, planning software such as Primavera P6 would be considered as an advantage.Job Openings in AMS Project Development Consultant#J-18808-Ljbffr
