Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a confident and driven individual to join our team as a PR Associate in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required. The PR Associate will play a crucial role in promoting the company's brand and managing external communications to enhance our reputation and visibility in the market.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation - Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials - Pitch stories to the media and secure coverage in relevant outlets - Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR metrics - Assist in organizing and promoting company events, press conferences, and speaking engagements - Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities - Assist in crisis communication and reputation management as needed - Support the PR Manager in other PR-related tasks and projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software - Strong innovation and decision-making skills - Confidence in pitching and presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in PR or communications is a plus, but not required
