Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a talented and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Mecca, SA, at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation - Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote the company and its projects - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders - Plan and coordinate press events, interviews, and other public relations activities - Monitor media coverage and track the effectiveness of public relations campaigns - Assist with crisis communications and reputation management as needed - Support social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance the company's online presence - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment - Hardworking and adaptable with a proactive attitude - Creativity and strong presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Experience working in the real estate or property development industry is a plus
