This opportunity will see you lead a multi-cultural team within a large and fast-paced kitchen in the delivery of a high quality dining experience.

With our Food Division growing year-on-year a role with us offers career development on an international scale as well as the exposure to well-known brand names in addition to our own brand concepts.

• Managing kitchen staff, including hiring and training new employees.
• Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure that there is sufficient stock of all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Researching and identifying new suppliers and vendors to expand the range of ingredients and products available to the kitchen.
• Incorporating new food trends and techniques into existing menus to keep up with the evolving food industry.

Skills

• Be able to communicate effectively with both kitchen staff and front-of-house staff, as well as with customers.
• Be able to develop and manage budgets, ensuring that food costs and other expenses are kept under control.
• Have a solid grasp of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and payroll.
• Be knowledgeable in different cooking techniques, such as grilling, baking, and frying, to cook different dishes to perfection.
