Our company is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail marketing and a maximum of 5 years of experience. As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail marketing.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility within contracted shops.Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement, merchandising displays, enhance product presentation and ensure consistent brand image across all retail outlets.Recommend and execute retail marketing solutions to drive brand awareness and increase sales.Work closely with the marketing team to create customized promotions and POS materials.Conduct in-depth market research to understand local trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and identify opportunities and threats.Conduct regular surveys to gather customer feedback and preferences.
