We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in the Saudi market. As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships in the Saudi market. Responsibilities Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Expand touch points and footprint in key accounts in Saudi Arabia. Have an excellent overview of the business and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in Saudi Arabia as well as the competition. Retain clients and upsell products/services to existing customers. Penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts. Interact with C-level executives and decision-makers. Business professional with 5+ years of experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market. Experience in SaaS, CpaaS, digital, telecom, and software sales is preferred. Necessary to have sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market, preferably in the IT or Telecom industry, working with clients in different sectors (Retail, Finance, E-Commerce, Media and Entertainment, Transportation, Logistics, and Healthcare). Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics and business environment. Proven ability to manage sales pipeline, acquire key accounts, and showcase consultative sales skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
