Some of the day-to-day tasksare outlinedbelow:

-Sourcing both job roles and candidates using a range of tools andtechniques.

- Arranging and sometimes attendingmeetings with both candidates and clients.

-Building a CRM system to be used by you, your colleagues, and theteam that you will go on to manage.

- Ensuringyou develop business using different techniques to provide you withpotential future opportunities.

- Building strongrelationships with clients, to gain future work, and withcandidates, so they come back to you when they are looking for anew role.
