Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. Actively listen to customer needs to find the best solutions to address their specific challenges. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious goals and maintain relationships. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a cohesive. Proactively offer product demonstrations and provide additional information to showcase the benefits and value of our offerings. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Job Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B) Valid Driving Licence Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality and technical industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor to uphold the company's image and represent. Proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
