Tasks & Responsibilities: Participate in negotiations with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their objectives; Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective negotiation strategies; Learn and implement closing strategies to secure deals with potential clients; Work closely with other team members to finalize contract details and terms; Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process; Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation; Learn to maintain accurate records of sales interactions and deal progress; Contribute to the generation of regular reports on sales activities and deal conversion metrics. Requirements: For this role, it is essential that have Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of relevant sales experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Eagerness to learn and develop within the sales profession Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members Proactive attitude towards professional growth and skill enhancement Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets Adaptability to various challenges and changing priorities Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service It will be considered a big plus if you: International experience Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups Location At OTO, we've adopted a Remote Working culture that breaks free from the traditional office constraints.
