Job Description - Sales Engineer - Structural - Urgent Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunitiesin the Jeddah KSA market
  • Maintain and growrelationships with existing customers
  • Providetechnical support to customers and address their inquiries andconcerns
  • Develop and deliver technicalpresentations and training sessions tocustomers
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure customer satisfaction and projectsuccess
  • Monitor market trends and competitoractivities and provide feedback tomanagement
  • Achieve sales targets and contributeto the overall growth of the business
  • Theprimary responsibility of the Sales Engineer is to provide PreSalesproduct knowledge and solution. Partner with Sales / BusinessDevelopment team to close deals and achieve salesgoals.
  • Identifies business opportunities byresearching identifying prospects and analysing salesleads.
  • Prepares sales reports by collectinganalysing and summarizing information.
  • Supportsthe salesforce and lead the technical aspect of the selling processincluding the developing and conducting of professional productpresentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenueobjectives.
  • Increase the sale of product byestablishing contact and developing relationships with prospectsand recommending solutions.
  • Carrying out tenderresponses answering and expanding on functional / technicalrequirements within complex tender documents of potentialclients
  • Actively research and maintain athorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengthsand weaknesses
  • Working with the BusinessDevelopment team to ensure that all sales documentation andcollateral is kept up to date
  • Providehighquality sales support and develop costeffective resilientinnovative and reliable based on the most appropriate and latesttechnologies to win proposals and/or tenders and achieve highcustomer satisfaction for the servicesrendered
  • The Sales Engineer is expected to keephimself up to date on the latest technologies and products in themarket. Works closely with sales team and be the goto internaltechnical resource for the team
  • Proactivelyengage the customers primarily for all Presales technical matters.Use your indepth product knowledge and technical skills to suggestand potentially develop product solutions forprospects
  • Act with urgency and precision togive users best in class presales support. Propose technical andcreative business solutions in support of salesobjectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or a related field
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in sales or business developmentpreferably in the HVAC Solutionindustry.
  • Strong technical knowledge ofinsulation materials and systems
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills
  • Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers andstakeholders
  • Resultoriented mindset and abilityto work independently and as part of ateam
  • Fluent in English & Arabic languageskills
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills; able to communicate and present.
  • Strongbusiness acumen entrepreneurial approach
  • Strongnetworking and relationship building
  • Negotiation and selling skills
