What will you do
Client Engagement Specialist is akey role to be based in our Dubai office and reporting to RegionalDirector, Middle East. You will be responsible for providing programcoordination, support and expansion for major customers and theirbespoke requirements whilst supporting the sales and operational teamsto deliver excellent customer service achieving customer KeyPerformance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, as well asmeeting sales targets. The primary function of this role is to ensureno revenue is ‘left on the table’ with our most important ‘gold’customers.
You will be working closely with the nominatedaccount managers / account executives to ensure alignment to the widercustomer strategy.
How will you do it
Your role will be to ensure programs are managed, deployed andcompleted within the agreed programme parameters
Manage relationships within the Customer (internal and external)including, but not limited to, category management, loss prevention /asset protection, store operations, Traffic Solutions
Collate record and report progress internally and externallyfor Direct and Indirect business verticals.
Review monthly targets for inspection performance
Interact with web portals and customer reporting interfaces
Improve customer service delivery in conjunction withLocal and Central teams
Attend customerperformance meetings , Support Key Account managers and salesmanagement
Identify and Investigate solutions toachieve solutions to retail business challenges
Provide quick turnaround support for business as usual (BAU) customerrequirements resulting in quotations being issued and orders beingreceived and processed in a timely manner
What welook for
Required:
University Degree inrelevant subject desirable
Minimum 3 yearsexperience in retail operations or customer handling roles within GCCregion
Recent or Past experience in a customerfacing environment which is a mix of Sales and Customer handling roles
Recent or Past experience in retail or productknowledge of EAS, Loss Prevention, retail automation solutions
Proven track record of achievement in customer serviceexcellence
Demonstrate the ability to networkwith relevant groups
Excellent communicator,Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with proven skills in datahandling programs, program planning applications and web portalinterfaces
