Sales Support Officer will be responsible for updating, retrieving, and maintaining information contained in the Company’s data base using CRM. Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the Business Development/Sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Etimad platform.
- Preparing and Processing bids for different projects.
- Handling database by entering fresh and updated account and information.
- Updates all contact information for clients.
- Support the Commercial Department of any necessary administrative work including filing reports or assist in the preparation of proposal within BD/Sales team.
- Arranges appointments with clients and Business Development/Sales team.
- Able to adhere to data procedure and program techniques when performing data entry duties.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Able to confirm account and customer information that was entered and correct, evaluate, delete, and reenter information when it is incomplete, or when clearing out files to get rid of duplication of data.
- Able to handle project operations, client confidence, and protect confidential information.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, track sales performance, and identify trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 2 - 5 years of related and relevant experience.
- Hands on experience with managing Etimad platform and processing bids
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
