The E-commerce Salesman will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating order delivery, and collaborating with shipping companies. They will facilitate smooth order processing, handle customer communication, manage returns and rejections, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, the E-commerce Salesman will also fulfill the responsibilities of delivering orders to individual customers and E-commerce partners, ensuring prompt and professional delivery. Responsibilities: with customers, partners, and shipping companies to determine delivery timing and provide appropriate recommendations. handheld device systems to manage delivery, sales, and return invoices, striving to achieve or exceed sales targets. order coordination and documentation, ensuring accurate arrangements and shipment waybills. timely and efficient delivery of orders by coordinating with shipping companies and monitoring delivery status. order statuses and promptly address any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction. online orders and partner orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. handle and deliver orders, following proper care instructions for fragile or sensitive items. a clean and organized delivery vehicle, conduct regular inspections, and promptly report maintenance or repair needs. to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, prioritizing the safety of yourself, other road users, and the delivered items. with customers regarding their orders and delivery times, providing updates, and promptly resolving any concerns or issues. GPS or other navigation systems to locate delivery addresses efficiently and accurately. accurate delivery records and ensure proper documentation and reporting. payments, when necessary, following established procedures. exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process, representing the company in a positive and professional manner. independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. the physical ability to lift and move heavy packages. familiarity with GPS or other navigation systems. to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, cover for other employees during vacation periods, and be open to transfers between cities as per work requirements. the instructions and guidance provided by the direct manager to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies. with company policies and procedures related to order management, delivery, customer service, and other relevant areas. a professional appearance by adhering to the company's uniform policy and guidelines. the designated uniform name badges or identification tags provided by the company while on duty, ensuring they are clean, neat, and presentable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
