Responsibilities:
- GrowSoftware License and Services Orders for Industrial Software atassigned accounts.
- Achieve or exceed annualorder targets in enterprise accounts.
- Managethe entire sales process to help ensure delivery against keyperformance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business saleswhile expanding existing footprint.
- Activelyunderstand assigned accounts technology footprint strategic growthplans technology strategy and competitivelandscape.
- Drive consistent results byeffectively leveraging a sales team including sales engineersclient engagement managers delivery team product team and strategyteam.
- Lead the development & executionof designated account plans and stakeholder mapping whileaddressing stakeholder priorities & painpoints.
- Optimize sales cycles using valuebasedsolution selling methodologies with focus on business casedefinition ROI and business outcomes.
- Abilityto travel up to 50%.
WeValue:
- A minimum of 5 yearsof experience in software sales and/or business development with atleast 2 years of experience selling enterprise software solutionsto IT/Operations decision makers.
- A minimum of2 years of life sciences industry experience.
- Proven ability to engage Clevel contacts for the purpose ofsolution selling establishing peer relationships articulatingstrategic vision and closing deals with clients business and IT andOperations leaders.
- Understanding the clientsbuying and decisionmaking process; demonstrated ability to workeffectively at all levels and influence key decision makers of theclient organization.
- Knowledge of integratedoperations functional architectures financial models and impact oftechnology and able to translate business needs into functionalrequirements.
