Job Description: Solution SalesExecutive
The Solution Sales Executive will beresponsible for market success of ServiceNows Employee Workflowproduct suite which includes Employee Experience Enterprise ServiceManagement HR Service Delivery and Workplace Service Delivery. TheSenior Solution Sales Executive will drive and generate salesrevenue within existing accounts and also with new logos. This willbe achieved by working closely with the wider ServiceNow salesecosystem with the support of a dedicated Solution Consultant todeliver territory planning account planning forecasting usingbusiness development techniques and fieldbased sales activities toensure success in generating revenue opportunities and effectivemanagement and closure of sales opportunities. This position is ahighprofile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivatedindividual with strong sales communications and organisationalskills that is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growingcompany.
- Be the voice of the customerand of regional sales teams
- Drive endtoendsales initiatives (from pipeline generation to closing) focused onspecific use cases in HR solutions
- Work closelywith sales teams to accelerate opportunities by meeting directlywith customers to provide comprehensive product and industryinsight
- Communicate competitive intelligenceand activity to manager and BU to ensure we keep ahead ofopportunities obstacles challenges and red flags that may hinderServiceNow from capturing key customeraccounts
- Develop in coordination with ProductManagement and Product Marketing key sales and gotomarketstrategies and objectives to establish ServiceNow as a leader in HRService Delivery
- Provide industry expertise inthe development and implementation of specific market strategiesand programs to improve logo penetration
- Coach& enable account teams with foundational specialty solutionarea knowledge to effectively identify specialty solutionopportunities & help manage the salescycle
- In partnership with assigned AccountExecutive and Solution Consultant present our Employee Workflowssolutions directly to prospects customers and at industry eventsand seminars
- Support the regionalServiceNow partner channels to drive an effective customerexperience
- Articulate customer successstrategies (and losses) to the field in order to streamline andstandardize solution presentations and valueproposition
- Become a trusted advisor to ourcommunity ofcustomers
Qualifications
Tobe successful in this role youhave:
- Demonstrable track record ofachieving and exceeding sales targets
- Newbusiness sales focus
- Previous sales experiencegained within a software or IT sales organization (ideally withinboth the IT and HCM HR HR Service Delivery or Workplace ServiceDelivery space) managing large and complexdeals
- Previous SaaS sales experience highlydesirable
- Commercially astute experience indeveloping business case and ROI together with customerspersonnel
- Ability to articulate the value ofsolutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drivemaximum revenue opportunity
- Ability to buildstrong relationships at all levels of both prospect/customerorganizations including the CHRO level and internally across thebusiness
- Executive presence and influencingskills
