Our Field Services team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site operations and planning of our industry-leading productsPartner with the bestAs the Service Delivery Coordinator - Multilateral, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Multilateral, you will be responsible for:Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completionHandling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective supportManaging client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close outEnsuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectivesEnsuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakageApplying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintainedFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a technical or equivalent degree .Have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in completions and liner HangersFamiliar with Baker Hughes tools.SAP experience is preferred.General computer and Microsoft office experience is preferred.Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.Have good leadership capabilities and ability to manage and coordinate field activities.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
