Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Food and Beverage Services industry in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia.Job Context: The Unit Sales Manager profitably grows the sales volume of the unit through developing customer agreements and management of sales operations in the assigned geographical territoryKey Accountabilities Cascade annual targets to territories, review achievements weekly, and adjust objectives based on actual sales dataObtain approval for credit limit needs to facilitate plan achievement.Build relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to pricing strategy.Prepare and obtain approvals for monthly Sales Development Objectives (SDOs) within the unit.Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and address issues with Territory Development Supervisors.Manage cooler distribution and ensure compliance with Customer Development Agreements (CDAs).Conduct quarterly routing to optimize productivity and customer service.Perform market visits, spot checks, and report competitor activities to coordinate corrective measures.Participate in project implementations for continuous improvement.Coach and develop subordinates to meet business objectives.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.A minimum of 6 years of experience in FMCG with 3 years in a Supervisory position with a distribution background.Proficiency in both spoken and written English languageExcellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.Very good communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
