Job Description - مشرف استقبال

الاشراف على موظفين الاستقبال وتوزيع المهام اليومية
متابعة التزام الموظفين في اجراءات وسياسيات العيادة
مراقبة سير العمل في الاستقبال وضمان انسيابية استقبال المرضى
حل المشكلات والملاحظات التي تواجه المرضى والموظفين في العيادة
متابعة جدول المواعيد وضمان دقته وتنسيقه مع الاطباء
تدريب وتطوير اداء الفريق
رفع التقارير بشكل دوري للإدارة عن سير العمل والملاحظات

Requirements

مؤهل دبلوم
خبرة سنة في المجال الصحي
معرفة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس
إجادة التعامل مع انظمة الحجز
مهارات التواصل الفعّال
