من احد اكبر الفنادق المقدمة للخدمات الفندقية

Job Description

-إستقبال الزوار والترحيب بهم بما يليق بالمظهر العام للفندق

- مساعدة الزوار في الوصول لأقرب موظف يمكنه خدمتهم

- تنظيم المكالمات الصادرة والواردة من وإلى الفندق

-نطاق المسئولية و الإشراف:

تنحصر مسئولية موظف الإستقبال فى تنفيذ و أداء المهام الموكلة إليه

-السلطات و الصلاحيات:

السلطات و الصلاحيات الممنوحة لموظف الإسقبال محصورة فى كيفية أدائه لوظائفه بالشكل المناسب

Qualifications

-"بسيطة" إجادة التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية.

- إجادة إستخدام تطبيقات الحاسب الآلي

- حاصل على الثانوية العامة.

- اللباقة وحسن العامل مع العملاء.

- الاهتمام بالهندام والمظهر العام لتمثيل المكتب.
