About the Role  

As a Graphic Designer at Recode World, you will be instrumental in translating ideas into visually compelling designs that align with our event and brand goals. You will collaborate with the project manager and external freelancers to create branding assets, event visuals, and marketing materials that capture the essence of our projects.

Responsibilities  

• Collaborate with the project manager and external freelancers to conceptualize and execute unique design solutions for events and exhibitions.
  

• Develop branding and visual identities for projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and company goals.
  

• Create presentations, mood boards, and digital mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  

• Design a wide range of materials, including event graphics, marketing collateral, digital content, and vendor branding.
  

• Coordinate with 3D designers and architects to integrate visuals into larger project designs, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  

• Maintain high -quality standards in all design deliverables, meeting project timelines and objectives.
  

• Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
  

Requirements

About You  

You should be:

• Highly Creative: Able to produce visually captivating designs and bring ideas to life.
  

• Proactive and Independent: Comfortable working in a startup environment where you take ownership of your tasks and adapt to evolving project needs.
  

• Technologically Proficient: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools, with a willingness to explore new technologies such as Midjourney AI.
  

• Excellent Communicator: Capable of articulating your ideas effectively and collaborating with freelancers and team members.
  

• Detail -Oriented: Committed to delivering high -quality designs with attention to detail.
  

• Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast -paced environment with changing priorities.
  

As a Minimum, You Should Have  

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various mediums.
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  

• A solid understanding of design principles, branding, layout, and typography.
  

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
  

• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  

Your Application Will Be Stronger If  

• You have experience working with startups or small teams.
  

• You have experience with Adobe After Effects for animation or motion graphics.
  

• You have collaborated with 3D designers and architects.
  

• You are fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken.
