ABA Therapist

We are searching for a dedicated ABA Therapist with a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and empathetic, patient approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of behavioral principles and the ability to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients diagnosed with autism or other developmental disorders.

The purpose of the ABA Therapist role is to assist individuals with autism or other developmental disorders in improving their social, communication, and behavioral skills by applying tailored Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and fostering a supportive, enriching learning environment. The therapist will regularly collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make informed adjustments to interventions for continual improvement.
