Job Description - Account Executive - Jeddah Based

Your role involves supporting day-to-day account work and providing assistance to the wider team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and clients, helping to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables. You will also be involved in content development, media relations, and coordination tasks across several high-profile brands. You will contribute to campaign planning and support the team in executing integrated communications programs.

Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Review and editing content such as press releases, briefing documents, and reports.
    • Media monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
    • Assisting in the coordination of client and internal meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting notes.
    • Supporting the team in managing account logistics and timelines.
    • Support with research and insight gathering to inform campaign strategy.
    • Creating and supporting the creation of campaign plans, timelines, and execution frameworks across multiple channels.
    • Providing administrative and executional support across various projects and accounts

Knowledge & Skills:

    • 1-2 years' experience.
    • Bilingual
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or any related field.
    • Good understanding of public relations and experience.
    • Strong project management skills
    • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from others.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • A proactive mindset and an eagerness to contribute to the success of the team.
    • Effective time management, and demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst managing multiple accounts
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Location and Benefits:

    • Jeddah.
    • Working hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
