Job Description - Account Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving the growth of cyber security solutions within assigned accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships focused on cyber security solutions.
  • Understand client business needs and objectives to provide appropriate technology solutions.
  • Manage account planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and solutions within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical, marketing, and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status and sales progress.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the cyber security or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts successfully.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
  • English proficiency.
