Accountant

Summary

We are looking to hire
an Accountant who can provide day -to -day accounting support to our Finance
Manager. Candidates applying for the role should be highly organized and able
to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. 

·       Maintaining Vendor's payable records.

·       Maintaining Daily Fund Movement Reports that consists Daily
Cash and Bank Movement.

·       Preparation of payments through cheques and online transfers

·       Dealing with the bank for ensuring active accounts for smooth
transactions.

·       Recording of all  Expenses  and Purchases  in the Real  books & Providing reconciliation support to the Ops Team of Transporters ledgers

·       Maintenance of physical records through appropriate filling

·       Reconciliation of Petty cash expenses Disbursed to Other
Stations/Branches.

·       Supporting FM in monthly closing

·       Liaison with an auditor and complete  audit exercise   (Payable  Side)

·       Preparation of sales invoices on a regular basis

·       Recording of Collection and management of daily receivables
reporting

·        Maintenance of physical records through the appropriate filling.

·        Co -ordination with the clients for recovery of collection and payments  or invoice disputes

·        Dealing with vendors  for reconciliation  of bills and payments

·        Providing ADHOC report required by management

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Accountant or any other similar role.
  
• Must be a Graduate of Accountancy
  
• Must have valid iqama for at least 3 months. The Riyadh -based candidate will be an added advantage.
  
• Must be available immediately
  
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
  
• Hands -on experience with any CRM software.
  
• Organizational and time -management skills.
  
• Strong communication skills with a problem -solving attitude.
