Key Responsibilities | المهام والمسؤوليات

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.


• Prepare and review invoices and follow up on accounts receivable and payable.


• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses and revenues.


• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and statements.


• Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and outstanding balances.


• Prepare and review VAT-related records and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.


• Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements and e-invoicing regulations.


• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.


• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documents.


• Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.


• Prepare financial reports and analysis as requested by management.


• Utilize accounting systems and ERP platforms effectively.

Requirements | المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.


• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services company is preferred.


• Good knowledge of VAT and accounting regulations in Saudi Arabia.


• Familiarity with ZATCA requirements and e-invoicing.


• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.


• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.


• Good organizational and follow-up skills.


• Good command of Arabic and English.


• SOCPA membership or eligibility is preferred.
