We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Administration Manager to join our team in
Riyadh , Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative activities within the company. They will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing effective administrative processes.Preferred Candidate:Accounting
degree from a reputable universityCandidates with qualifications such as
ACCA, CIMA or from other recognized bodies
are preferredMinimum 7 years
in Saudi Arabia including experience in
Zakat, VAT and all reporting requirementCandidates experienced in restaurants and hotels are preferred including experience in food cost control and managementExperience in managing and supervising a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.SkillsResponsibilities:Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.Supervise a team of accounting professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents.Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and effective communication.Manage and oversee administrative functions, including office maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor management.Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes and systems.Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing training and guidance as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Handle employee relations issues and support HR functions as needed.Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.Skills:Financial analysisBudgeting and forecastingFinancial reportingTax complianceTeam management
