Job Description - Administration Assistant

Job Description:  As an Administration Assistant, you will play acrucial role in supporting daily operations and maintaining efficientadministrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management: Assisting in the smooth functioning of theoffice by managing supplies, coordinating office maintenance, andorganizing workspace layouts.
  • Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact forinternal and external communication, including answering phone calls,responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Documentation : Maintaining accurate records and documentationrelated to inspections, reports, and client communications. This includesorganizing files, data entry, and ensuring compliance with companyprotocols.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assisting in scheduling appointments,meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Financial Support: Assisting in basic financial tasks such asinvoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts. Working closelywith the finance department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative supportto team members and management, including preparing reports,presentations, and other documents as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages,both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handlingdocumentation and data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment and systems.
