Job ResponsibilitiesMBA with minimum 10 years experience in relevant field. -Must have the capacity to establish and implement administrative policies, procedures and practice, maintain and administrate staff by recruiting, orienting training, development and developing personal growth opportunities.-Able to communicate and manage multi national and multi state employees.-Implement a proper Camping, mess and other welfare facilities.-Working experience in Oil and Gas Petrochemical Construction Companies preferred.-MS Office, Email, Windows‐based PC applications-Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills-Admin Budget preparation, Quality Management system implementation, Set up managing process, Organization set-up, Training, Communication process, Disciplinary process, Motivating skills and Reporting Skills.-Age limit below 40.-Gulf experience preferred.
