Admin Assistant
- Employee Relations - for Factory is responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team and assisting in managing employee relations activities within the factory. This role involves handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating events and meetings, and supporting the resolution of employee concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow within the field of employee relations.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Provide basic administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee communications and notices.Employee Relations Assistance:Support the Employee Relations team in addressing and resolving employee concerns and issues.Assist in conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback to improve workplace relations.Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.Records and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.Prepare and file reports, memos, and other documents related to employee relations activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all documentation and record-keeping.Event Coordination:Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, such as training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.Handle logistics for events, including venue arrangements, catering, and communication with participants.Support the execution of employee recognition programs and initiatives.Communication:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to employee relations matters.Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications related to employee relations activities.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and procedures within the Employee Relations department.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee relations practices.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee relations and administrative support.Qualifications:Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in office administration, human resources, or a related field is a plus.Experience:
0-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience in human resources or employee relations is a plus.Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HR software is an advantage.Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to Detail: High
level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels and maintain confidentiality.Willingness to Learn:
