JobSummary:
TheReceptionist will act as the first point of contact for employeesor clients and the responsible person for the facility managementand maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY& AUTHORITY:
- Greetclients and visitors with a positive helpful attitude.
- Assist clients in finding their way around theoffice.
- Help maintain workplace security byissuing checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintainvisitor logs.
- Answer screen and forward phonecalls.
- Sort and distribute mail and handleparcel shipments
- Assisting with a variety ofadministrative tasks including copying faxing taking notes andbooking travel plans.
- Order maintain anddistribute office supplies
- Scheduleappointments and maintain conference rooms reservation log
- Maintain facility seating charts and officeassignments
- Develop and maintain relationshipswith vendors contractors and service providers to ensure qualityservices and competitive pricing.
- Inspectfacility and coordinate with HSE personnel to meet safetyregulations and running routine safety inspections.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify andaddress maintenance issues safety hazards and compliancerequirements.
- Oversee the coordination offacility services such as cleaning security waste management andother office manager duties.
- Develop andimplement effective facility management strategies policies andprocedures.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLSET REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree/equivalenteducation required
- 3 years of administrativeassistant experience
