Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt within the Department/Unit. Use great discretion at all times and ensures that procedures in order to be aware of new, revised, or amended procedures for such matters as preparation and processing of grammar, format, and arrangement of material. Reviews outgoing correspondence for attachments, dates, signature, complete addresses, and destinations.Writes draft of policies and procedures with overview and general information given.Reads directives and instructional material pertaining to administrative practices and clerical correspondence on administrative support or clerical functions of the office.Prepares various types of reports, including but not limited to monthly and annual reports, monthly and annual statistical reports. Collates and analyzes information from records to provide other units/department, as needed.Takes minutes and transcribes a variety of correspondence, complies periodic reports and handles routine queries. Prepares Power Point presentations, complex spreadsheets and tables.Ensures proper spelling, open and screens incoming e-mails and re-routes it to other units/department for action, where appropriate.

Serves as a primary contact in the department for persons seeking appointments with Head/Director, arranging appointments to avoid unnecessary interruptions in the schedule.
Handles routine matters on the basis of knowledge of the programs or operations and refers other inquiries to appropriate personnel.Responds to routine and nontechnical requests for information and similar information readily available within the Department.Handles administrative matters, based on knowledge and judgment regarding E1 Cluster policies, procedures and or regulations.

Qualification Requirement
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Comupter Science, Information Technology.
Experience Requirement
