Eram Talent, a leading recruitment consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aerospace Customer Care Specialist with strong experience in air logistics operations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for aerospace clients, ensuring seamless coordination of air freight shipments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires expertise in handling time-critical and high-value aerospace cargo.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for aerospace customers, managing inquiries, shipments, and service requests.
  • Coordinate and monitor air freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Handle end-to-end shipment processes including booking, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding shipment status, delays, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, and customs) to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer care and air logistics operations.
  • Prior experience in aerospace, aviation, freight forwarding, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight processes, IATA regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical shipments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
