This is not an account management or desk job, We are seeking a high -energy, relentless Service Sales Engineer who thrives on hunter -style business development; This is a 100% outdoor, field -based role focused entirely on high -value commercial wins and consistent monthly sales target execution.
We are looking strictly for Value Achievers—professionals who sell based on engineering value, OEM -certified quality, and minimized downtime, rather than competing on low margins. To be considered, you must possess a proven, verifiable history of hitting and exceeding monthly quotas in the heavy industrial service sector.
100% Outdoor Sales Execution: Spend your days on the road and inside industrial plants across Jubail/yanbu and the Eastern Province, identifying, qualifying, and closing after -sales MRO opportunities.
Hit Monthly Targets: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly revenue quotas for workshop repairs, onsite field services, and brownfield motor replacements.
Value -Based Selling: Leverage our premium multi -OEM approvals to secure high -value contracts, positioning our workshop capabilities as the superior, reliability -driven choice for critical plant assets.
Secure Long -Term Contracts: Proactively hunt for and close Long -Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), preventive maintenance frameworks, and blanket emergency repair contracts.
Turnaround (T&A) Capture: Map out upcoming plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance windows to position our workshop services well in advance.
Pipeline & Proposal Management: Coordinate closely with the engineering and workshop teams to generate precise, highly technical commercial proposals and aggressively follow up until the PO is secured.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Candidates must provide a documented and verifiable track record of hitting monthly sales targets in their previous roles, (If you do not have a proven history of meeting numbers in a pure field sales environment, please do not apply)
Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable history meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets -in saudi arabia -specifically selling services for rotating equipment, HV/MV/LV electric motors.
The "Value Achiever" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to defend margins and sell high -value engineering services based on technical superiority, OEM certifications, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Pure Field Experience: Proven resilience and high activity levels in a 100% outdoor sales setup, with extensive experience navigating industrial zones and face -to -face client pitching.
Market Network: Immediate, active contacts within the procurement, maintenance, and reliability engineering departments of major end -users in Jubail,Yanbu and Riyadh (SWA,SEC,Maaden,Aramco, SABIC, etc.).
Mobility: Valid Saudi driving license with full freedom of movement for daily outdoor client deployments.
