AI Support Expert

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for deployed AI models to ensure their stability and performance.
• Implement continuous improvement cycles for AI systems, including retraining, fine-tuning, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues across ML, NLP, Deep Learning, RPA, Computer Vision, Gen AI, Agentic AI, OSINT, and GEOINT domains.
• Offer annual support & maintenance contracts, ensuring proactive monitoring, incident management, and system updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI support services and system maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, NLP pipelines, deep learning architectures, RPA tools, computer vision libraries, generative AI platforms, agent-based AI, and open-source intelligence (OSINT/GEOINT) tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
