Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Freight Sales Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Freight GSA/CSA operations, with expertise in Saudi market, airport handling, air shipment execution, GSA/CSA operations, and customs procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the air freight sector, focusing on GSA/CSA operations.
• Utilize knowledge of the Saudi market, airport handling procedures, and air shipment execution to effectively promote and sell air freight services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, GSA/CSA partners, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise in air freight logistics and GSA/CSA operations.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to air freight logistics and GSA/CSA operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Freight GSA/CSA operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, airport handling procedures, air shipment execution, GSA/CSA operations, and customs procedures.
• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the air freight industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
