Analyst- Commercial (MAS8-20003693)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and driven Senior Specialist - Commercial for our Master Community division. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting commercial planning and execution for the development of our master community projects. Your insights and expertise will help shape our approach to market engagement, partnership development, and project viability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies for master community initiatives
• Meets with and reports to the Director of Commercial about assigned functions within the Master Community Department.
• Assist Director commercial in all financial affairs of the Master Community Department.
• Oversees the work of assigned staff, consultants, and other associated service providers within the Internal Services program. Provides assistance on Audits.
• Assist in implementation of all operational cost models for Service charge recovery.
• Support the commercial team in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
• Adopts behaviors that are in line with and promote the QIC culture and vision. Manages staff so as to encourage their adherence to the organizational culture and vision
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and project delivery
• Assist with Master Community budget including creation, monitoring, revenue/expenditure projections, expenditure tracking, and other budget-related functions.
• Oversees the accounts payable function within Master Community, ensuring that all bills and invoices to MC are reviewed, confirmed, and paid on-time or inquiries raised to the billing source if charges are deemed questionable or invalid.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement in commercial operations
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing commercial activities and outcomes
• Assist Senior Managers in Management of all billing and collection functions within Master Community relative to user charges, service fees, taxes, and other revenue sources.
• Assist with the creation, development, and submission of all financial reports as dictated by QIC protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Ensures the accuracy and validity of all financial data, as reported on behalf of QIC.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within large-scale development or real estate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
