Description:

The AOM Airfield Systems Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air traffic control (ATC) systems, including weather-related equipment such as Automated Weather Observing Systems (AWOS) and Automatic Terminal Information Service (ATIS). This role manages all Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) systems across multiple airfields, ensuring the continuous availability and optimal functioning of critical electronic systems for air traffic operations.

Qualifications:

• An internationally recognized diploma in electronic engineering or a related field with at least 2 years of practical experience in air traffic control RF navigation, communication, or surveillance systems maintenance. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in air traffic control RF navigational aid systems, in lieu of a diploma.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to air traffic control RF navigational aid systems.

• Medical fitness, including color vision, ability to safely lift 50 lbs, and proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Must meet all employment and deployment qualification criteria, including medical assessments, drug testing, background checks, and any other necessary prerequisites.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
