Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with apparel selection, fitting, and recommendations.

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.

• Restock shelves and clothing racks with merchandise.

• Ensure the apparel area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding sizes, styles, and product details.

• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.

• Assist in setting up floor displays and promotional signage.

• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and dress code.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

• Previous retail or apparel experience is an advantage.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move apparel for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of apparel brands and outdoor/lifestyle clothing.

• Bilingual (optional but a plus).

• Basic understanding of visual merchandising.
