Application / Production Support Engineer

We are looking for a Application / Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Open Banking, production support, and incident resolution. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-grade systems, with the ability to manage critical production environments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure 24/7 system reliability. This role is onsite in KSA and requires readiness to provide after-hours support for high-priority incidents.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary production support for Open Banking, including after working hours.

· Ensure successful technical resolution of all incidents raised by TPPs, PASPs, and in SAMA Confluence.

· Facilitate between Business teams and the APIC team for DR and Production Support activities.

· Generate SAMA Monthly APIC Reports.

· Provide technical development support in Open Banking programs.

· Provide L1/L2 technical support for Open Finance applications.

· Integrate microservices hosted on OpenShift and related clusters.

· 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or related roles.

· Strong experience with Open Banking, Open Finance, or API-driven banking ecosystems.

· Hands-on experience supporting microservices and OpenShift-based environments.

· Strong understanding of incident management, problem resolution, and production stability practices.

· Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of DR procedures, environment management, and change management workflows.

· Ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure, middleware, and business teams.
