Description
WhatYoull Do: Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to themillions of businesses that need our help to evolveby:
Developing a pipeline of opportunities forour Primavera Unifier and Aconex solutions & supportingproducts
Working with sales consultant team anddirectly with potential customers to convert leads to sales and tomeet an annual sales target
Work with prospectsto understand their business needs and steer them towards ourtechnology service solutions.
Preparing andmaintaining a sales forecast and deliver on yourcommitments
Develop and maintain Target AccountPlans for all prospects and clients with defined strategies tooptimize business opportunities
Ability to workwith Business Development and Marketing team for leadgeneration
Solicit and maintain contact withcurrent and potential accounts at an executivelevel
Manage the contact plan for prospects andclients
Continuously support service and liaisewith clients to ensure customer satisfaction maintain rapport anddevelop further sales opportunities
Manage theprocess of contract negotiation develop executive closing plan andconclude deals properly and quickly
Responsiblefor representing the company on sales and product matters whendealing with existing or prospectiveclients
Prepare estimates and tenders inaccordance with company sales and pricingpolicy

Would be a plus if you have worked with anOracle Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit(CEGBU) reseller partner and/orimplementer
Also a plus if you have worked withowner operator. Or with Engineering procurement and construction(EPC) contractors
Experience of working at asenior level within customer organisations and understanding theirbusiness needs
An ability to work cooperativelywith prospects to steer them towards our product and serviceoffering and to articulate their requirements throughout theorganization
Outstanding sales negotiationcommunication presentation and writingskills
Ability to work with minimal supervisionor guidance
Also a plus if you are alreadyliving and working in Saudi Arabia or worked in Saudi Arabiabefore
Fluent in written and spoken English andArabic
A structured approach and excellentorganisational skills
Previous relevantexperience in compiling bids and handling commercial aspects of theprocurement process relating to the constructionindustry
Team player with stronginterpersonal/communication skills
Sells a subsetof product or services directly or via partners to a large numberof named accounts/nonnamed accounts/geographical territory (mainlyTier 3 accounts).
