Job Overview

Waseel is currently seeking an Approval Officer to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing and processing approval requests while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess approval requests from various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and information for the approval process.
• Maintain accurate records of all approval requests and decisions, ensuring timely processing and communication.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and support to staff regarding approval processes and requirements.
• Prepare reports on approval activities, trends, and compliance metrics for management review.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the approval workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in an approval.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze information effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
