Architect

Taj HR is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our client . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and functional spaces that comply with client specifications and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical skills in architectural design software and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and concepts based on project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project presentations and be able to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
