Job Description - Architect Project manger (Saudi)

· • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• All local standards like SBC, Aramco, Neom, Marafiq, RC, Health care

• Related international standards like NFPA, Building Codes,

• Aware of all local Authorities approval processes like SECO, NWC, Urban development, Municipality, Baladi etc.

• Able to absorb client requirement and match with local codes and standards.

• Scheduling the project and monitor the project is on track throughout.

• Able to review the design

• Able to coordinate among all engineering discipline.
