The Architect will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and participating in all project stages—from initial planning to execution. The role involves evaluating project requirements, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. The Architect will also collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to support real estate development projects. Additionally, the Architect will contribute to feasibility studies and provide technical insights to guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 4–7 years of experience in architectural design and real estate development
• Strong experience in design, material selection, and project development
• Preferably with experience in conducting feasibility studies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work within project timelines and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software and tool
