CLEAR is seeking a meticulous and experienced Architectural Design Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for critically evaluating architectural design submissions to ensure they meet regulatory standards, client requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Evaluation:
   • Review architectural design documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
   • Assess designs for alignment with project objectives, codes, and regulations.
2. Compliance Verification:
   • Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
   • Identify discrepancies or potential issues and recommend necessary corrections.
3. Report Preparation:
   • Prepare detailed review reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
   • Communicate findings clearly to architects, project managers, and stakeholders.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with design teams to provide constructive feedback and facilitate design improvements.
   • Participate in design review meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated on changes in building codes, industry standards, and design trends.
   • Contribute to improving review processes and quality control measures.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design and review.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in reviewing architectural drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
