Architectural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications for a variety of construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to ensure designs are practical and meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize advanced software tools for modeling, drafting, and rendering architectural designs.
• Review and analyze project proposals, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations, communicating design concepts and technical details.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to architectural engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 13 years of experience in architectural design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus.
