As an Area Manager at Retailo, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing the sales operations in your designated area. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding within the current customer portfolio, and establishing a strong commercial presence in Riyadh/Dammam. Your leadership and management skills will play a crucial role in achieving sales goals, optimizing customer coverage, and ensuring efficient order collection and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Customer Coverage:
Develop and own the acquisition strategy for your designated territory.
Lead the implementation of the strategy to achieve aggressive sales and acquisition targets.
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase market penetration within the existing customer base.
2- Sales Planning and Execution:
Lead daily and monthly planning to ensure the achievement of sales, activations, and KPI targets.
Develop and implement a field sales plan specific to the assigned territory.
3- Order Collection and Retention:
Ensure that the monthly collection percentage does not exceed the agreed-upon targets.
Maintain a minimum customer retention rate of x%.
4- Key Account Management:
Manage key accounts and nurture healthy working relationships with key customers.
5- Team Leadership and Talent Development:
Lead and drive the extended team, including coaching, motivating, and building the direct sales force.
Foster talent development within the team.
Ensure the team's continuous improvement and growth.
6- Business Growth and Market Share:
Drive the business to achieve its ambitious goals, focusing on Market Share Growth and Volume Growth.
Develop plans to enhance customer and channel relationships, making each store a growth engine for our brands.
Location: We are hiring for a position in Riyadh and Dammam.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide effectively and mentor your sales team.
Strong planning and execution capabilities to set and achieve sales goals.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive results.
Proficiency in business development and relationship building.
Natural leadership qualities and a passion for achieving goals.
