1. Manage margin profit level according to Deemah’s Strategy
Sales Development
1. Strategize the sales with each area aligned with Deemah strategic plan.
2. Analysing market to improve sales
3. Analyses new markets and opportunities for sales
4. Coordinate with Sales Operation when customers send a new order request.
5. Manage the development and sustainability of sales in each area
6. Support management with sales targets.
7. Report to management market statistics.
Events & Subscriptions
1. Participate in relevant seminars, summits and exhibition to gain knowledge and position our products accordingly within your Area of assignment
2. Participate in events, jointly with our customers in their designated countries
3. Recommend subscriptions with leading analysis organization to get a better understand of the market trends in your designated Area
4. Recommend and award recognition once a year for top 5 customers based on volume of business.
Performance Management
1. Develop, recommend new markets and customers within the assigned area
2. Track and report customers performance
Planning & Support
1. Evaluate plans and report recommendation to management
2. Report to management and provide appropriate information to support decision-making
